Rangefinder: Morning sun in the alley, Burlington

Morning sun in the alley, Burlington

Took a while to find the time to finish a couple of rolls of film then pick them up from the photo shop (Thanks as always to the good folks at the Photo Garden in S. Burlington). This is the alley across my office. I noticed the light on the glass-block window on the way in one morning and decided to take a closer look. I also started trying to keep a better log of the shutter speed and f-stop of each shot. This was shot on my Canon P rangefinder with the Jupiter 8 50mm at 1/125 sec and f4 on Ilford HP-5.

  1. Daniels Diary Says:

nice contrast between the dark alley and the bright skies!

  2. I expected to see Bob Dylan in that alleyway doing the Subterannean Homesick Blues film….
